Photos tell the truth faster than any claim we could make. Below are representative jobs from Jacksonville homes, not staged marketing shots. You’ll see standing water pulled from a San Marco living room, smoke that had worked into drywall in Arlington, and mold that had colonized a Mandarin attic. Each project follows the same rule: written price first, documented work throughout, and a finished result backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise.

Recent Transformations
Water Damage Restoration: Burst Supply Line, San Marco
Before
AfterA toilet supply line let go around 2 a.m. and ran for hours, sending water through the bathroom floor, the hallway, and into the adjacent bedroom. By the time we arrived, laminate flooring was buckled and baseboard trim had started to swell. We extracted roughly 40 gallons with truck-mounted equipment, pulled the damaged flooring and drywall cuts to expose the wet cavities, then set Dri-Eaz air movers and dehumidifiers mapped to a drying log. The homeowner approved a written scope before we cut anything. Five days later, moisture readings were back to baseline and the space was ready for rebuild.
Fire Damage Restoration: Kitchen Fire with Smoke Migration, Arlington
Before
AfterA grease fire that started on the stove never breached the kitchen, but the smoke did not care about walls. It traveled through the ceiling, into the living room, and deposited a fine layer of soot on every surface. We sealed the unaffected areas, removed charred cabinetry and the range hood, then went after the residue with HEPA vacuuming and chemical sponges before any repainting could happen. The ceiling needed two seal-coats to keep the smoke smell from bleeding back through. The result looks like the fire never happened, which is exactly what the homeowner wanted.
Mold Remediation: Attic Mold from Exhaust Vent Leak, Mandarin
Before
AfterA bathroom exhaust vent had been discharging directly into the attic instead of through the roof, and Jacksonville humidity did the rest. The north-facing roof deck was covered in a patchy gray-black growth that measured elevated on our moisture meter. We set containment at the attic hatch, removed the affected insulation, HEPA-sanded the sheathing, and applied an antimicrobial treatment that will not simply paint over the problem. The root cause, the vent termination, was corrected as part of the scope. Before photos were taken, after photos were taken, and the homeowner got both formatted for their claim file.
Water Damage Restoration: Water Heater Failure, Riverside

A 50-gallon water heater in a Riverside garage let go at the seam and emptied itself across a finished bonus room on the other side of the wall. The carpet pad was saturated, drywall wicked water up 18 inches, and the wooden subfloor was reading high on every moisture probe. We pulled the carpet and pad, cut the drywall in a clean line, and set Phoenix axial fans and a dehumidifier with an Injectidry mat system under the base plate. The drying log recorded daily readings, which goes directly into the insurance documentation. Rebuild went in after the moisture numbers said it was safe.
Fire Damage Restoration: Dryer Fire and Smoke Cleanup, Orange Park

A dryer fire in the laundry room is one of those calls where the damage sounds small until you walk in. The flame was contained, but the smoke traveled through the HVAC ducting and left a smell that hit you at the front door. We cleaned the laundry room down to the studs where needed, swapped the affected duct run, and put a Phoenix HEPA air scrubber on the space for four days. The kicker was the odor, and that took repeated cleaning and sealing to get ahead of. The owner told us a week later she could not smell it anymore, which is the only review that matters on a fire job.
Mold Remediation: Crawl Space Mold and Encapsulation, Southside

This one was messier than the homeowner expected, and I told him that straight. The crawl space had standing water, fiberglass insulation hanging in wet clumps, and mold running along the floor joists. We pumped the water, removed the insulation, treated the joists, and laid a vapor barrier with taped seams. The before photos show a space nobody wanted to enter. The after photos show a crawl space that is dry and sealed, with a dehumidifier running to keep it that way. Written scope agreed before the first pump ran.
